Logan
I thought I would update you on each of us since I haven’t done a post to tell you about what we are up to in so long….
Logan is now 4 1/2 and he is going to be starting preschool on September 13th… Oh goodness this makes me sooo sad even though I know it is best for him and I know he will LOVE it, I am just not ready for my baby to be that old… Nor am I ready to have a schedule… UGH!!!! He will be going 9am-12pm Monday threw Thursday and I am so not a morning person… I am however looking forward to having some alone time with Grayson I think he will thrive and love having me to himself…

Logan is growing up to be such an amazing big brother! He loves Grayson, hes caring and sensitive! The other day Chris took Gray with him to breakfast and Logan missed him so much, I don’t know how he will survive once he goes to preschool, since once he gets home Gray will be going down for a nap… It shall be interesting…
Logan has always been overly sensitive and he will often come over and give me a hug or a cuddle… Lately Logan has started to come in to our room after chris has left for work and before I’ve gotten up and will get up in bed with me and snuggle!!! I love it, its our few minutes of time that we can hang out and I can love on him and he is ok with it
haha He is the sweetest boy in the world and I just love how sweet he is…

Logan is still struggling with his speech, he has a lisp and doesn’t seem to have a grasp on some of the more basic parts of our language… (such as if you ask him how he day is he will go into a long diatribe about a movie he just watched) yeah its strange…. After two years of speech we were both exhausted and sick of going every week so I canceled speech for the summer…. It was a great break but we will be starting back up in another week or so …

Logan just loves the men in his life, his Pop Pops, uncles, adopted uncles (my cousins) and of course daddy… He adores them and the time and love they give him, its really wonderful to know he has so many Godly manly influences… We are very blessed!!!
Logan likes anything that is boyish but is wiling to do girlie things too, it is fun and wonderful for me who only has boys to be able to turn on a princess movie and he will actually watch… This may not last long, I’m sure soon he will realize that he is a boy and he’s not supposed to like girlie things but for now I’ll enjoy it!

Logan loves to swim and play outside! He loves to ride bike and run… He is actually clean for a boy, he likes mud but isn’t all about it, he’ll play in it if its there but he doesn’t like being dirty for too long and will want me to clean him up… He is scared of spiders and bugs, which totally surprises me… Aren’t boys supposed to love things like that??? I’m not scared at all and neither is Chris so I don’t know where he gets it… we are working on it though cause let me just tell you I can’t stand it
haha
He is all boy and I love it!!! I am often asked by my girlfriends who have girls how I can stand the boys activity… I mean the boys run around the house and scream and yell, they play hard and I LOVE IT!!! I just love how active they are and how creative they are… they are playing puppies with a big box at the moment and and then proceeding to run from one room to the next and jump on the couch… The things I let my kids do that I never imagined letting them do… like jump on the bed and couch, bounce down the stairs, throw balls etc. I am that bad mom
