Back at Easter we got so busy that we didn’t do an egg hunt with the boys, so a week or so later (yes this post is VERY delayed) we did a small one out with the Boyes Clan, here are some cute shots of the boys finding the easter eggs…

Logan was so fast and ended up finding most of the eggs before Gray was even close, so we ended up taking a few from Logan’s bag and throwing them back for gray to find

They had so much fun- we should do an egg hunt once a month or something they would love it… actually that could be an indoor rainy day game now that I am thinking of it… SO FUN!!!

I think everyone would agree that we take the tremendous miracle that is our country and the freedom and stability it provides, for granted. How can we not? It is so familiar and comfortable to us that taking it for granted is bound to happen.
This past May I learned first hand how important elections can be and just how much your vote really does count. I was impacted by two “events”. The first was by reading a book entitled “the 5000 year leap”. The book focused on the principles that the founding fathers believed in and employed in creating our system of government.
The second was that my dad won his election race for tax collector of Upper Uwchlan twp by only 20 votes!! ( 308 to 328). I didn’t fully understood how powerful local elections really are until this year.
With that said- I have been watching and following what is going on in Iran with their election and the aftermath on twitter. Contrast that with our elections and it shows how truly miraculous and amazing our country and our freedoms are.
The Iranian government has been cutting off all types of communication, especially related to the election. It is fascinating to follow citizens of Iran tweet about rallies and events going on inside the country. I saw a tweet that pleaded for any “retweets” to remove the users info for fear that it may cost them their lives. It really is amazing.
So please pray for what’s going on over there. The outcome will affect the entire world.
If you want to follow what’s going on in Iran via Twitter, feel free to search for terms like Iranelection, or go to http://twitter.com/IranElection09, or http://twitter.com/Mousavi1388 to name a few.

I LOVED this weekend! I got to spend some really memorable, meaningful time with my little family. It is very precious to me.
So what did we do?
Saturday we went to the Philadelphia Zoo. The kids loved it. Logan’s favorite animal was the “Naked Mole Rat” Pictured below. God only knows why. . . they are U-G-L-Y ugly.

The zoo was pretty crowded, but still a lot of fun. We spent about 3 hours there.

Then, on Sunday morning, I was a heathen and didn’t go to church. Grayson had been somewhat sick the last few days and we couldn’t, in all good conscience, put him in the nursery at church. So I stayed home with them and we hung out, watched some tv until mommy got home. Then I went out and met with a new Home buyer client.

Watchin' TV like their dad. . .
When I was done with the real estate client, I met April and the boys out at her parents house. They had just gotten done swimming, and were in the hot tub at poppop-peepops house. Grayson had just learned to float around with his floaties on and of course, Logan was just loving it.

After the hot tub, we ran around outside and the boys did some serious swinging. April had put this “jailbreak” onesy on Gray which he looked so cute in.
These are the times that I will treasure. I love it.
Oh and by the way, this is our 400th post!!!! How crazy is that!!

G'pa boyes pushing logan, and Gray running to go swinging
