We had an amazing week up in Canada August 8th through the 16th… From what we heard this year Canada’s weather has been pretty much rain rain and more rain so we all prepared ourselves for rain and cold weather… It was quite the opposite while we were there, and we were told it was the best week of the summer for the Alyen Lakers… See, our prayers do work… =)
Here are a few of our “best” pictures from our week away… Don’t worry we have so many we will have to do a few more posts with the “rest”…

Our first boat ride of the week, was on Sunday evening and the boy (as I am sure you can tell) loved every minute of it…

we were beaver hunting and so everytime we slowed down Logan started yelling to dad… “pop pop, can we go fast?… Pop Pop Lets go fast!!” finally he says to Renee and Christie, “I have an idea, lets go fast!!!” ha ha he is so stinkin cute…

a pretty good family picture too bad I don’t look normal, everyone else does

Our little gray- he was ALL about the water it was so cute!

Our sweet little Logan- look at those muscles

such a cute picture of Logan with Uncle Ed (aka E.D.~”Evil Doer”) Uncle Ed used to play the mean guy and throw all of the kids in, he hasn’t gotten a chance to throw anyone in since he sent my brother soaring into the water and he didn’t know how to swim
ha ha Now, he has a new batch of kiddos to throw into the water… Beware the Evil Doer will return in the next few years…

the beautiful sunset I tell you Canada’s sunsets you can litterly watch the sun go down and it is so beautiful EVERY time!!!

serious cuteness!!! a boy and his daddy!!!

our newest little water bug… he uses his water wings and just floats around its hilarious and beyond adorable…

I totally got cut out of this picture… ha ha it made me laugh, if you looked at all our pictures you would wonder if I even exist since I am only in a limited number- this picture represents what its like to be me- always behind the camera therefore always cut out

FINALLY a smile from our 3 year old… he has a serious aversion to the camera and only in a great while can I get a picture of him looking and smiling… VICTORY!!!! 1 point for me!!!

ha ha we found these goggles and Gray fell in love with them, this picture cracks me up every time I see it… Too funny!!!

here he is again, serious cuteness!!!

Logan and Grandma… she also doesn’t seem to make it in many pictures so I made her pose…

big boy on a raft

the boys playing in a tube… they were having a grand old time playing in the water with Daddy and the other guys…

The LaGarde Boys

this is the new look of Logan- I saw this face ALL week in canada it was like… “What Mom your ,like, totally ruining, like, my whole day…” and he isn’t even a teen ager yet, guess we’ll have to knock it out of him, ha ha!

me and my love- how cute are we???

He was dancing but stopped long enough for me to snap a cute shot… Oh and that air plane went with him everywhere, along with the “rocket” really a toy-peto that Pop Pop finally had to give him since he wouldn’t let it out of his sight for longer than two seconds, yes he even slept with it and still does…

driving the boat at such a young age…

sleepy time…

peek a boo…

sleepy gray!!!

I see you!!!

peek…

look at those big brown eyes

how did we get such cute kids…

smirk…

my love

pickin flowers, for mommy? who knows…

ha ha this one makes me smile, we were on the boat while Daddy was being tubed behind the boat…

silly little man…

sittin in a big green chair =)

ha ha I had to add this one in there… Logan kept insisting on peeing in the lake… no matter how many times we told him not too when he felt the urge to go, he just pulled down his pants and peed… typical boy!!!

our cute little boys, only got one good picture of them out of dozens taken together… too bad but this one is VERY cute!!!

cute Gray Gray

cute Logan…

the Sunrise on the morning we left… it is so beautiful up there… we can’t wait to get back!

I thought I would leave you with a few fun pictures before we left for a week (there are plenty here to hold you over)…

this is the farm house, I grew up walking down to this house to visit with my grandma and grandpa… The thing I remember most is the coloring books she always had handy and how we always had tea… It is a beautiful old farm house and I just love its history for our family and for me
I took the boys out to my families farm house/ barn last week to explore and play I caught a few fun moments…
